In Belgium, it's similar — about 43%, or €4,290 total. Italy lands at roughly 40% (€4,200). Move to Germany and the picture changes: ~21% on top, so €3,630 total. Luxembourg is the surprise winner at just ~14% — €3,420 all-in. The Netherlands sits around 18-23%, Spain near 30%, and Portugal at 23.75%.
